After graduating from the Echo Program with Notre Dame, I decided I wanted to make Jacksonville my home. I come from Houston, Texas but fell in love with the smaller city of Jax. I mean how can you not love the beaches and scenic views?! (Land without concrete buildings everywhere classifies as scenic for me) A little about me: I love spending time outside. Whether it is going on hikes, relaxing at the beach, riding my bike, just about anything but… I hate bugs- ironic I know. You won’t catch me watching a scary movie voluntarily- I’m more of a romance, comedy, and action kind of gal. I love to learn. Whether it is academically or just for fun, there is always something new to learn and grow from. I am so excited to be at Our Lady Star of the Sea. When I was in high school, the youth ministry was where I found more of myself and a home within the church, a sense of belonging - that is what I hope to bring to the youth at our parish.
